Billing details:

- Seedance 2.5: Video references at 480p: +10 credits ($0.10) per second of input video. Video references at 720p: +15 credits ($0.15) per second of input video. Video references at 1080p: +34 credits ($0.34) per second of input video. Minimum 80 credits ($0.80) per generation. Image and audio references add no charge.
- Aleph 2.0: Minimum 56 credits ($0.56) per generation. Output resolution matches the input video. ProRes, PNG sequence and 10-bit SDR output add 5 to 40 credits per second.
- Gemini Omni Flash 1.1: Each reference image: +1 credit ($0.01). Input video: +1 credit ($0.01) per second of input video. Each generation rounds up to a whole credit.
- MiniMax H3 Max: Minimum 5 seconds per generation.
- Seedance 2.0: Minimum 4 seconds per generation.
- Seedance 2.0 Fast: Minimum 4 seconds per generation.
- Seedance 2.0 Mini: Minimum 4 seconds per generation.
- Gemini Omni Flash: Video to video bills 11 credits ($0.11) per second of input video, up to 10 seconds. Each reference image adds 1 credit ($0.01), including an image-to-video start frame.
- Veo 3.1 Fast: The same rate at 720p and 1080p.
- Act Two: Minimum 15 credits ($0.15) per generation.
- Gen-4 Turbo: Minimum 10 credits ($0.10) per generation.
- Gen-4.5: Minimum 2 seconds per generation.

Live conversations and videos of a character speaking, both powered by GWM-1.

Billing details:

- Characters: live conversations (POST /v1/realtime_sessions): 2 credits are charged when the session starts, then 2 every 6 seconds.
- Character videos (POST /v1/avatar_videos): Speech generated from a text script: +1 credit ($0.01) per 50 characters. Minimum 2 credits ($0.02) per generation. A script is billed in whole 50-character blocks, so a partial block counts as a full one.

Billed per image, per frame or per second of video.

### How does Runway Dev pricing work?

You buy credits for a project and spend them on any model, Recipe or Workflow, each at its model's rate. One credit costs $0.01, and there is no subscription.

### Can I know what a request costs before I send it?

Yes. Each model has a fixed rate per second of video, per image or per 1,000 characters of speech, so you can price a request from its settings before you send it.

### What happens if a generation fails?

If an error on our side fails a generation, you get its credits back automatically. In a Workflow, a failed node is refunded along with every node after it.

### Does the Model Router cost extra?

No. A routed request bills at the standard rate of the model it picks, and the response reports which model ran and what it cost. Workflows have no fee either: each node bills at its model's rate.

### Is there volume pricing?

Yes, on Enterprise. Secure the generation volume you need, with pricing and payment terms to match. Talk to sales to set it up.

### Where can I see what I have spent?

The dashboard and the usage API show credits by model and by day, and request logs can be filtered by API key.
